We will learn what these sounds reveal about the wellbeing of the marine environment, and about our own human journeys across and through the waves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Sound waves: <\/strong>No sound without sound waves&#8230; We will learn about acoustics and its practical application in music and in scientific research. And we will explore how to make sound waves visible<strong> <\/strong>and<strong> <\/strong>tangible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The theme WAVES is particularly relevant for Edinburgh, the capital city of a country whose history, culture, and society have been impacted so much by the sea.
