Apologies for the inconvenience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Future of Deafness and Deaf Culture is a presentation and panel discussion event which aims to&nbsp;discuss a range of topics around deafness, hearing loss and deaf culture. Moderated by Janis McDonald\u2014who provides the secretariat of the Scottish Parliament&#8217;s Cross-Party Group on Deafness\u2014three panellists have been invited to give a presentation of up to 15 minutes on a topic of their choice which responds to the theme &#8216;The Future of Deafness and Deaf Culture&#8217;.&nbsp;Philip Gerrard of Deaf Action,&nbsp;Amy&nbsp;White of The ALLIANCE and&nbsp;Issy McGrath of Deafblind Scotland will talk about their own experiences and expectations of what the future holds for deafness and deaf culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Host:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Janis McDonald<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Presenters\/Panellists:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Philip Gerrard, Deaf Action<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amy&nbsp;White,&nbsp;The ALLIANCE&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issy McGrath, Deafblind Scotland<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>G1 Patterson\u2019s land is located around the rear of the ground floor of Patterson\u2019s Land.
