This handbook is intended to provide students with basic information on the programme content, aims and objectives, teaching and assessment, support and other issues. It indicates what is expected of you, and will help you to make the most of your time on the Programme. It should be read carefully and frequently, and used in conjunction with other material provided by the University and the School (Edinburgh College of Art), especially the Code of Practice for Taught Postgraduate Programmes (also available on the Web at www.ed.ac.uk/files/atoms/files/taughtassessmentregulations.pdf) the Students Association Postgrad Handbook (also known as the “Postgrad Survival Guide” available via www.eusa.ed.ac.uk/) and the Architecture General Handbook.
